International Sales Manager - Natural Premium Pet Nutrition
Location: Düsseldorf, Germany (2-3 days a week)
Are you passionate about driving growth in the natural premium pet nutrition sector? We are seeking an ambitious International Business Development Manager to join the team in Düsseldorf. In this role, you will spearhead expansion efforts across international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and expand export markets, with an emphasis on Asia and the USA.
- Identify and develop new business avenues within Europe, targeting key retailers and partners (e.g., Flying Tiger).
- Drive business development initiatives from the ground up, establishing a robust international presence.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to align category management strategies and maximise market impact.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.
- Cultivate and manage strong relationships with international distributors, retailers, and stakeholders.
About You:
- Proven track record in international business development, ideally within the pet nutrition, FMCG, or related sectors.
- Demonstrated experience in building new markets from scratch.
- Strong understanding of export processes and international market dynamics.
- Experience with category management is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for premium, natural products.
- Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
