Private Client Solicitor 3+ PQE

A highly regarded and growing law firm is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor (3+ years' PQE) to join its established Private Wealth team based in Reading.

This is an excellent opportunity for a senior lawyer looking to take on high-quality, technically challenging work within a collaborative and ambitious team environment. The role would suit someone who enjoys autonomy, values strong client relationships, and is keen to play a key role in the continued growth and development of the practice.

The successful candidate will advise on a broad range of sophisticated private client matters, including:

* Tax and estate planning

* Trust creation and administration

* Wills and succession planning

* Cross-border and multi-jurisdictional estates

* High-net-worth family wealth arrangements

* Inheritance tax and capital gains tax planning

You will work closely with senior colleagues on complex matters while also being encouraged to contribute to business development initiatives and help strengthen the team's market presence across the region.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

* A minimum of 3 years' PQE in private client work

* Strong technical expertise and commercial awareness

* Experience advising high-net-worth individuals and families

* Excellent client relationship and communication skills

* A proactive and collaborative approach
