Family Solicitor (Salaried Partner)

A well-established and highly regarded regional firm is seeking a Family Solicitor at Salaried Partner level to join its team in Poole.

This is a rare opportunity to step into a leadership role within a respected Family department, taking over a strong caseload and playing a key role in the continued growth of the practice.

The Role

You will:

• Manage a full caseload of high-value matrimonial and financial remedy matters
• Handle complex divorce and financial cases
• Attend court hearings and undertake advocacy
• Supervise and support a small team of lawyers and support staff
• Play an active role in business development and networking
• Contribute to the strategic growth of the Family team

This is a hands-on leadership role offering both high-quality work and the opportunity to shape the department.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor with extensive experience in Family Law
• Strong background in high-value matrimonial and financial matters
• Confident in advocacy and court appearances
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience
• Commercially aware with a proven ability to generate work
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Organised, resilient and able to manage competing priorities
