Senior Associate - Residential Property

Full Remuneration Package: £70,000-£85,000 DOE

A highly regarded, Legal 500-ranked firm is seeking an experienced Senior Associate (Solicitor or Legal Executive) to join its Residential Property team in Bournemouth.

The Role

You will manage a broad and high-quality residential property caseload, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Remortgages
• Complex and high-value transactions
• Advising high-net-worth individuals

You will also:

• Ensure compliance with SRA and CQS requirements
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Play an active role in business development and team growth
• Take on greater responsibility and autonomy at Senior Associate level

About You

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 5+ PQE
• Strong experience across residential conveyancing
• Experience working with high-value or complex transactions
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• Commercially aware with an interest in business development
• Organised, proactive and confident managing your own caseload
