Private Client Solicitor / Legal Executive

Location: Bournemouth
Experience: 3+ PQE
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Full Remuneration Package: £60,000-£80,000 DOE

A well-established and highly regarded South Coast firm is seeking a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its growing team in Bournemouth.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy and supportive Private Client department, offering high-quality work, strong autonomy, and the chance to build long-term client relationships.

The Role

You will manage a broad and varied private client caseload, including:

• Wills and estate planning
• Estate administration
• Trusts and tax planning
• Lasting Powers of Attorney

The role offers real ownership from day one, with the opportunity to:

• Build and develop your own client relationships
• Encourage referrals and contribute to business development
• Support and mentor junior team members
• Play a role in the continued growth of the department

About You

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 3+ PQE (flexible)
• Strong experience across Wills, Probate, Trusts and LPAs
• Confident managing a full caseload independently
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Commercially aware and motivated to grow your practice
• Experience using case management systems (desirable)
• STEP/SFE accreditation or interest in working towards (desirable)
