The Firm

A highly regarded, full-service London law firm with a strong reputation across private wealth, real estate and disputes is looking to expand its property litigation team. The firm is known for its bespoke, partner-led service and works closely with entrepreneurs, high-net-worth individuals, property investors and corporate clients.

The Role

You will join a well-established real estate disputes team advising on a broad range of contentious property matters. The work is varied, intellectually engaging and often high-value, with a strong commercial focus.

You will play a key role in handling matters across the full lifecycle of real estate assets, including:

• Commercial landlord and tenant disputes (rent arrears, lease renewals, forfeiture)
• Development disputes, including complex project-related issues
• Service charge and dilapidations claims
• Rights of light, nuisance and boundary disputes
• Leasehold enfranchisement and possession claims
• Property-related insolvency and professional negligence matters

You will work closely with partners and clients, often taking ownership of files and contributing to strategy on complex disputes.

The Candidate

• 3-5 years' PQE in real estate disputes/property litigation
• Experience gained at a respected City or regional firm
• Strong technical knowledge across a range of property disputes
• Commercially minded with the ability to deliver pragmatic advice
• Confident communicator with good client-facing skills
• A self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, hands-on team environment
