Junior to Mid‑Level Non‑Contentious Construction Solicitor

An international law firm is seeking a junior to mid‑level solicitor to join its highly regarded non‑contentious construction team in London.

The team is internationally recognised for advising on complex, high‑value construction and engineering projects across the UK and globally. It acts for developers, contractors, consultants, funders and insurers on major infrastructure, energy and real estate projects.

The Role

The successful candidate will work closely with partners and senior associates on a wide range of non‑contentious construction matters, including:

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating construction documents, including JCT, NEC and bespoke forms
• Advising on procurement strategies and risk allocation
• Supporting clients on project structuring and delivery across a range of sectors
• Providing practical, commercial advice throughout the lifecycle of major projects

The role offers early responsibility, meaningful client exposure and the opportunity to work on complex domestic and international matters.

The Candidate

The firm would like to hear from solicitors who have:

• Approximately 1-4 years' PQE (or equivalent) gained at a recognised UK or international practice
• Experience advising on non‑contentious construction matters
• Strong academic credentials and excellent drafting skills
• A commercial, solutions‑focused mindset
• The ability to work collaboratively within a fast‑paced, international team
