Real Estate Disputes Solicitor (4-6 PQE)

An international law firm is seeking an experienced real estate disputes solicitor to join its well‑established London disputes practice.

The firm's real estate disputes team advises a broad client base including developers, investors, landlords, occupiers and public sector bodies on complex, high‑value property litigation. The team is known for its commercial, solutions‑focused approach and its involvement in strategically important UK and international matters.

The Role

The successful candidate will play a key role in advising clients across a wide range of real estate disputes, including:

• Landlord and tenant disputes, including lease renewals and termination
• Development‑related and infrastructure disputes
• Asset management litigation
• Rights of light, restrictive covenant and easement disputes
• Property‑related insolvency matters
• Providing strategic, proactive advice to help clients manage and mitigate disputes

The role offers significant responsibility, regular client contact and the opportunity to work closely with partners and colleagues across the wider real estate and disputes groups.

The Candidate

The firm is keen to speak with solicitors who have:

• Approximately 4-6 years' PQE specialising in real estate disputes
• Experience gained at a recognised UK or international practice
• Strong litigation skills across a broad range of property‑related matters
• Excellent technical ability, drafting skills and commercial awareness
• The confidence to manage matters with appropriate supervision and contribute to team initiatives
