A Legal 500-ranked residential property team in London is looking to appoint an Associate/Senior Associate.

This is an opportunity to join a lean, high-performing team handling quality residential property work. The role offers significant autonomy, direct client exposure and involvement in a broad range of complex residential matters, with some commercial real estate crossover also available.

The team acts on a mix of high-value matters, including investor transactions, lender-side work and international client matters. This is not a volume conveyancing environment - the focus is on quality of work and client service.

The ideal candidate will:

* Have 4+ years' PQE in residential property
* Be coming from a respected Legal 500-ranked residential property team
* Have strong experience handling complex residential transactions end-to-end autonomously
* Exposure to commercial real estate matters is an advantage
* Demonstrate a consistent billing track record and strong commercial awareness
* Be looking for a long-term move into a close-knit team with strong progression prospects

There is no requirement to bring a following. The team is looking for a technically strong, reliable lawyer who can step into a visible role within the practice and contribute to its continued growth.
