Role Responsibilities

• Advising on the full spectrum of contentious and non‑contentious employment matters

• Supporting on high‑value Employment Tribunal and High Court litigation

• Drafting and negotiating employment contracts, policies, and settlement agreements

• Advising on senior executive appointments and exits

• Working on complex discrimination, whistleblowing, and redundancy matters

• Supporting corporate transactions, including TUPE and workforce‑related due diligence

Client Base

• Major UK and international corporates

• Financial institutions and investment firms

• Private equity houses and portfolio companies

• High‑growth technology and life sciences businesses

• Senior executives and board‑level individuals

Candidate Requirements

• 2-4 PQE England & Wales qualified lawyer

• Strong experience in both contentious and advisory employment work

• Strong academic background and training from a reputable firm

• A proactive mindset with interest in business development and client engagement
