A highly respected specialist employment law firm, consistently ranked in Legal 500, is looking to hire an Employment Associate as part of its continued growth in London. The firm has a strong reputation for acting on complex, sensitive and high‑value employment matters, often where clients need more than just black‑letter law.

The role You'll be embedded in a partner‑led team, working day‑to‑day on a broad spread of employer‑side employment work, including:

• Practical advisory support to HR teams and senior management
• Drafting contracts, policies and managing senior exits
• Handling grievances, disciplinaries, discrimination and whistleblowing issues
• Assisting on employment tribunal claims and settlement negotiations

The practice is predominantly advisory, with a smaller but meaningful contentious element, giving you exposure to the full lifecycle of employment issues.

The firm acts for financial services businesses, international corporates and senior executives, frequently on confidential or high‑risk matters where judgment and discretion are key.
