The Role

As an Employment Associate, you will work within a fast‑growing London team. The work is varied, high‑quality, and spans multiple sectors including technology, life sciences, insurance, private wealth, and real estate investment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle a mix of respondent matters, both contentious and non‑contentious, including Employment Tribunal litigation.

• Support corporate teams on employment aspects of transactions, outsourcing and business reorganisations.

• Conduct advocacy where appropriate.

• Deliver training to clients and contribute to business development initiatives.

Requirements

Essential

• At least 2 years' PQE in Employment Law from a reputable practice.

• Confident advocacy skills.

• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.

• Ability to run Employment Tribunal matters with minimal supervision.

Desirable

• Experience advising on restrictive covenants, team moves and related disputes.

• Existing network of client contacts or involvement in professional groups.
