An opportunity has arisen for an exceptional Employment Associate to join one of the UK's leading employment law teams, widely recognised for the quality and sophistication of its work. The team advises a high‑calibre client base of financial institutions and blue‑chip corporates on some of their most complex and high‑profile employment issues.

The Role

You will work as part of a market‑leading employment practice handling a varied and intellectually stimulating workload, including:

• Employment litigation and dispute resolution
• Strategic and day‑to‑day employment advisory work
• Cross‑border and multi‑jurisdictional employment projects
• A limited amount of transactional employment support

About You

We are keen to hear from strong employment lawyers with 3+ years' PQE (or equivalent experience) who have trained and practised within a top‑tier or highly regarded firm. You will ideally bring:

• A solid mix of contentious, advisory and transactional employment experience
• A strong academic background (minimum 2:1 degree or equivalent)
• The confidence to build trusted client relationships and contribute to business development
