Associate - Private Client (Wills, Trusts & Estate Planning)

Location: Winchester
Experience: 5+ PQE
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Full Remuneration Package: £60,000-£75,000 DOE

A highly regarded and growing regional firm is seeking an Associate (Solicitor or Legal Executive) to join its Wills, Trusts & Estate Planning team in Winchester.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy and well-established team with a strong reputation in the local market and a growing base of high-net-worth clients.

The Role

You will manage a broad and high-quality private client caseload, including:

• Estate administration from start to finish
• Drafting Wills and advising on estate planning
• Preparing and advising on Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Advising on trusts and tax planning matters
• Handling probate and complex estates

The work is varied and often complex, with a particular focus on HNW individuals and families.

You will also:

• Play an active role in business development and networking
• Build relationships with referrers and clients
• Contribute to the continued growth of the Winchester team

About You

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 5+ PQE
• Strong technical knowledge across Wills, Probate, Trusts and Tax Planning
• Experience working with high-net-worth clients and complex estates
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• Commercially aware with a proactive approach to business development
• Motivated to grow your practice within a collaborative team
