A leading international law firm is seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor (6+ PQE) to join its highly regarded London employment team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a senior employment lawyer looking to join a market-leading practice that advises an impressive roster of multinational companies, financial institutions, technology businesses, and major UK employers. The team is recognised for handling a broad range of complex and high-value employment matters, offering a genuine mix of contentious and non-contentious work.
The successful candidate will advise on a wide variety of employment law issues, including strategic HR projects, workplace investigations, disciplinary and grievance matters, executive exits, TUPE, restructurings, redundancies, and the employment aspects of corporate transactions. The role also provides significant exposure to high-profile Employment Tribunal litigation and senior-level advisory work.
Working closely with partners who are recognised leaders in the employment market, the successful individual will play a key role in client relationship management, supervision of junior lawyers, business development initiatives, and the continued growth of the practice.
The ideal candidate will have:
At least 6 years' PQE gained within a respected employment practice.
Strong experience advising employer clients on both contentious and non-contentious matters.
Excellent technical skills and a commercial approach to client service.
Experience managing complex matters independently while collaborating within a large team environment.
A genuine interest in developing client relationships and contributing to business development activities.
