The Opportunity A highly regarded and expanding Private Client team is seeking an ambitious Private Client Solicitor at Associate or Senior Associate level to join its successful practice based in Marlow. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Private Client Lawyer looking to work on high-quality matters within a supportive and collaborative environment. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload while working closely with high-net-worth individuals, families and business owners on a range of complex private client matters. Working alongside respected specialists, you will have the opportunity to develop long-term client relationships, contribute to business development initiatives and play a key role in the continued growth and success of the department.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing a varied caseload of private client matters including Wills, Probate, Estate Administration, Trusts and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
  • Advising clients on estate planning, wealth preservation and succession planning matters.
  • Providing pragmatic, commercially aware and client-focused legal advice.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and professional contacts.
  • Supporting business development initiatives and contributing to the continued growth of the team.
  • Assisting with the supervision and development of junior team members where appropriate.

You will likely have:

  • Experience handling your own Private Client caseload.
  • Strong technical knowledge across Wills, Probate, Trusts and Estate Administration matters.
  • Excellent client care and relationship management skills.
  • A proactive approach to business development and networking.
  • Strong communication and organisational abilities.
  • A collaborative approach and desire to contribute to the long-term success of the team.
