The Opportunity An established and highly regarded law firm is seeking an ambitious Private Client Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years' PQE to join its successful Private Client team based in Gerrards Cross. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor looking to work with a high-quality client base while developing their expertise within a supportive and collaborative environment. The successful candidate will manage a broad range of private client matters and play an important role in delivering exceptional client service and maintaining the department's strong reputation. The Private Client team advises on a broad range of matters including Wills, Probate, Estate Administration, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Tax Planning and Wealth Protection. The department continues to attract high-quality instructions and has built an outstanding reputation for delivering practical, tailored advice to its clients. Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing a varied caseload including Wills, Probate, Estate Administration, Trusts and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
  • Providing high-quality, practical and client-focused legal advice.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and professional contacts.
  • Supporting senior colleagues on complex private client matters where required.
  • Contributing to business development and networking initiatives.

You will likely have:

  • A minimum of 2 years' PQE within Private Client law.
  • Experience managing your own caseload of Wills, Probate, Trusts and Estate Administration matters.
  • Strong client care and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
  • A proactive and team-oriented approach to your work.
