An exciting opportunity has arisen for a 3-5 PQE Solicitor, Legal Executive or equivalent to join a growing Private Client team, handling a high-quality and varied caseload while benefiting from genuine progression opportunities.

The Role

You will advise clients on a broad range of Private Client matters, including:

• Wills, estate planning and inheritance tax matters
• Probate and estate administration
• Trust creation and administration
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Court of Protection applications and deputyships
• Succession and asset protection planning
• Later-life planning and capacity issues

You will also have the opportunity to build long-term client relationships, collaborate with other professionals, and contribute to business development initiatives.

About You

• 3-5 years' PQE in Private Client law (Solicitor, CILEX or equivalent)
• STEP qualification desirable
• Strong technical knowledge across wills, trusts, probate, LPAs and Court of Protection matters
• Ability to manage a varied caseload independently
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Ambitious and commercially minded
