An exciting opportunity has arisen for a 3-5 PQE Solicitor, Legal Executive or equivalent to join a growing Private Client team, handling a high-quality and varied caseload while benefiting from genuine progression opportunities.
The Role
You will advise clients on a broad range of Private Client matters, including:
- Wills, estate planning and inheritance tax matters
- Probate and estate administration
- Trust creation and administration
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Court of Protection applications and deputyships
- Succession and asset protection planning
- Later-life planning and capacity issues
You will also have the opportunity to build long-term client relationships, collaborate with other professionals, and contribute to business development initiatives.
About You
- 3-5 years' PQE in Private Client law (Solicitor, CILEX or equivalent)
- STEP qualification desirable
- Strong technical knowledge across wills, trusts, probate, LPAs and Court of Protection matters
- Ability to manage a varied caseload independently
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Ambitious and commercially minded
