Commercial Management - Government Procurement - 12 month contract - London Hybrid (3 days onsite) - SC Clearance

I have an immediate opportunity for an experienced Commercial Manager to join a busy team with our central government client. You will manage the full procurement lifecycle for a defined portfolio, including key facility management, office supplies and bespoke commcercial contracts.

Due to the nature of the client and urgency of the role, candidates will ideally be British Nationals holiday active SC clearance.

• Experience delivering end-to-end procurement, selecting appropriate commercial approaches based on value, risk and complexity.
• Strong background in procurement, contract and supplier management, including performance management, governance and stakeholder engagement.
• Good commercial awareness and analytical skills to interpret spend and market data and turn findings into clear, evidence-based recommendations.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team, supporting performance, managing setbacks and resolving issues collaboratively.
• Confident communicator who adapts style for different audiences and can clearly explain benefits achieved and governance arrangements.
• Experience managing internal governance and risk controls, including cyber, personnel and physical risks within your category.
• Ability to apply and uphold standards that address corruption, fraud and unethical behaviour in supply chains, and act on potential breaches.
