Role: Residential Property Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer (NQ-3 PQE)
Location: Southern Buckinghamshire

The Opportunity A well-established and highly regarded law firm is seeking an ambitious Residential Property Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with between NQ and 3 years' PQE to join its successful Property team in Southern Buckinghamshire. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior property lawyer looking to further develop their career within a supportive and collaborative environment. The successful candidate will manage their own residential conveyancing caseload while working closely with experienced colleagues within a close-knit and friendly team. You will have the opportunity to develop your technical expertise, build long-term client relationships and play an active role in the continued success of a thriving Property department.

The Property team advises a broad range of clients on residential property matters and has built an excellent reputation for providing practical, commercially focused advice. Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing a residential conveyancing caseload including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
  • Handling remortgages, transfers of equity and other residential property matters.
  • Providing practical, client-focused legal advice throughout the transaction process.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, estate agents and other professional contacts.
  • Working towards and achieving monthly billing and performance targets.
  • Collaborating closely with colleagues to ensure an excellent client experience.

You will likely have:

  • Between NQ and 3 years' PQE within Residential Property.
  • Experience managing your own conveyancing matters or assisting on residential property transactions.
  • Strong client care and communication skills.
  • The ability to manage a busy caseload and work to targets.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • A positive, proactive and team-oriented approach.
