The Opportunity A highly regarded and growing Property team is seeking an ambitious Residential Property Lawyer with a minimum of 1 years' PQE to join its successful practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Residential Property Lawyer looking to work on high-quality matters within a supportive and collaborative environment. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters while working closely with experienced colleagues and developing strong client relationships. Working alongside respected property specialists, you will have the opportunity to further develop your technical expertise, contribute to business development initiatives and play a key role in the continued growth of the department.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Managing a varied caseload of residential property transactions including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
• Handling remortgages, transfers of equity and other residential property matters.
• Providing pragmatic, commercially aware and client-focused legal advice.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, estate agents and other professional contacts.
• Ensuring matters are progressed efficiently from instruction through to completion.
• Contributing to business development and networking initiatives.

You will likely have:

• A minimum of 1 years' PQE within Residential Property.
• Experience managing your own residential conveyancing caseload.
• Strong technical knowledge of freehold and leasehold transactions.
• Excellent client care and relationship management skills.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• A proactive and collaborative approach to your work.
