Associate / Senior Associate - Land & Property Lawyer

Experience: 5+ PQE
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Full Remuneration Package: £55,000-£80,000 DOE

A well-established and highly regarded regional firm is seeking an Associate / Senior Associate Land & Property Lawyer (Solicitor or Legal Executive) to join its team in Crewkerne.

This is a fantastic opportunity to become a key member of a growing property team, handling a varied caseload with a strong residential focus, while benefiting from excellent support and clear progression opportunities.

The Role

You will manage a broad caseload of property matters, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• General residential conveyancing matters
• Land transactions and associated work
• Matters from instruction through to post-completion

You will also:

• Work towards billing and time recording targets
• Support and mentor junior lawyers and support staff
• Play an active role in business development and networking
• Contribute to the continued growth and success of the department

At Senior Associate level, there is increased scope for leadership, mentoring and strategic input.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 5+ PQE
• Strong experience in residential property and land law
• Confident managing a full caseload independently
• Experience supervising or mentoring junior team members (particularly at Senior Associate level)
• Commercially aware with an interest in business development
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Proactive, reliable and able to meet deadlines
