Residential Conveyancing | 7+ PQE | Leadership Opportunity

A highly regarded and established regional law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to lead its successful conveyancing team in West Wickham.

This is an excellent opportunity for a senior property lawyer looking for a genuine leadership position, combining quality fee-earning work with team management, technical oversight and the opportunity to help shape the continued growth of an established department.

The Role

You will lead the day-to-day Residential Property team while managing your own caseload and acting as the key point of contact for technical guidance and more complex matters.

The department is well established and forms an important part of the firm's future plans, with a particular focus on developing its presence across Bromley and the surrounding area.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a residential conveyancing caseload through to exchange and completion
• Leading, mentoring and supporting conveyancers and legal assistants
• Providing technical support on complex property matters
• Developing relationships with clients, estate agents and professional referrers
• Supporting the continued growth of the Residential Property department

Candidate Requirements

• Qualified Residential Property Solicitor with 7+ years' PQE or equivalent experience
• Strong technical residential conveyancing knowledge
• Previous experience leading or supervising a team
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• Commercially minded with an interest in networking and business development
• Existing connections within Bromley, West Wickham or the surrounding market would be particularly advantageous.
