Senior Solicitor - Leasehold Enfranchisement, London

Salary c.£100,000 - 170,000 depending on experience and book of business

This Legal500-ranked team is seeking a solicitor with at least 7 years of PQE to join its established and highly regarded property practice, focusing on leasehold enfranchisement work. This is a senior hire, at either the Senior Associate or Legal Director-level, aimed at an experienced lawyer with a strong reputation in the space and a demonstrable portable following.

The Role

Work will include:

• Statutory and voluntary lease extensions
• Collective enfranchisement matters (freehold acquisitions)
• Strategic advice on rights under enfranchisement legislation
• Handling complex and high-value cases
• Working closely with surveyors and other professional advisers
• Contributing to the ongoing growth of the practice

The Candidate

• Proven ability to manage complex matters independently
• A portable client following and strong network within the enfranchisement space
• Some experience supervising junior fee-earners is preffered
• Technically strong, commercially aware and confident dealing with high-value clients
• Entrepreneurial mindset
