A leading UK Top 50 law firm is seeking an experienced solicitor to join and grow its established Leasehold Enfranchisement practice, which sits within the wider Residential Real Estate Team.

With a strong national presence and a reputation for technical excellence, the firm advises a broad range of clients including high-net-worth individuals, investors, developers, social landlords and property professionals on all aspects of leasehold enfranchisement and residential leasehold matters.

This is a strategic growth hire for a senior lawyer (minimum 5 years PQE) with a strong market profile, proven business development credentials, and expertise across enfranchisement and technical residential leasehold work.

The Opportunity

You will join an established team comprising specialist Partners, lawyers and support staff, advising on:

• Collective and individual lease extensions
• Freehold acquisitions and disposals
• 1993 Act, 1987 Act and 1967 Act matters
• Voluntary and statutory enfranchisement
• Structuring freehold transfers and lease arrangements
• Block disposal and acquisition transactions
• Right to Manage and related leasehold work

Alongside leading on complex technical matters, you will play a key role in the strategic development of the practice, driving business growth, strengthening client relationships, developing junior lawyers and helping shape the future direction of the team.
