An opportunity has arisen to join the market-leading Real Estate Finance team of a Top 50 law firm. The team advises a broad range of lenders and borrowers on complex domestic and cross-border real estate finance transactions across all major asset classes.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded practice known for the quality and breadth of its work with an offering for solicitors across all levels of seniority (1 PQE at a minimum).

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in real estate lending and finance transactions, particularly across investment and development finance. This could include exposure to property-backed loans, refinancing, restructurings, and working with lenders, borrowers, investors, or developers across sectors such as offices, residential, industrial, retail, and hospitality. The team would particularly value individuals who can operate on complex domestic and cross-border transactions, have strong commercial awareness, and understand a range of financing structures including senior, mezzanine, and whole-loan facilities.

The team acts for major banks, debt funds, insurers and other financial institutions, as well as investors, developers, family offices and property companies. Matters span a variety of sectors including hotels and leisure, student accommodation, PRS, logistics and office assets.

About You

• Qualified solicitor with at least 1 year's PQE
• Experience gained within a recognised real estate finance practice
• Strong academic record
• Strong drafting and technical skills
• Able to manage multiple transactions and deadlines effectively
• Strong interpersonal and client relationship skills
• Collaborative approach and enthusiasm for business development

Hybrid working and competitive remuneration package on offer. Salary is dependent on experience.
