Due to continued growth, we're looking for a Senior Consultant to join our Leeds based, Sales & Marketing, Consumer team and contribute to our success by delivering exceptional recruitment solutions to our clients.

What you'll do and develop:
As a Senior Consultant at Henderson Scott, you will:

• Manage the full recruitment life-cycle, from sourcing and engaging top talent to negotiating offers and on-boarding candidates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
• Develop new business opportunities and manage existing accounts.
• Stay updated on industry trends to position Henderson Scott as a trusted partner in recruitment.

Market that you will cover:

CPG Sales, Marketing and Category Appointments.

• We focus on hiring CPG sales, marketing and category professionals from mid-senior to board level.
• Our team work with challenger brands and blue-chip organisations across North America.
• Our client's range across food, beverage, personal care, household & pet categories.
• These companies sell into Mass, Grocery, Club and Foodservice Channels.
• Your responsibility will be to grow and develop the market and benefit from our continued success.

What we're looking for:

• Proven sales experience or experience as a recruitment consultant, ideally within a specialist or professional services sector.
• A strong track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive, results-driven approach with a passion for recruitment.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• £28,000-£35,000 salary + £3,600 Car Allowance
• Up to 40% Commission (Uncapped earning potential paid monthly, quarterly and annual top ups to a guaranteed level)
