The Opportunity

A leading regional law firm is seeking a talented Real Estate Solicitor to join its established commercial property team. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor looking to further develop their expertise across a broad range of high-quality real estate matters while working alongside experienced lawyers in a supportive and collaborative environment.
The team advises a diverse client base including developers, investors, lenders, commercial landlords and tenants, and public sector organisations. The successful candidate will gain exposure to a varied workload and play an active role in the continued growth of the department.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a varied caseload of commercial real estate transactions.
• Drafting and negotiating leases, licences and other property-related documentation.
• Advising on acquisitions, disposals and landlord and tenant matters.
• Preparing and reviewing reports on title.
• Assisting with development and property finance transactions.
• Supporting senior colleagues on complex investment and asset management projects.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Contributing to business development and networking initiatives.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues across multiple practice areas.

• Experience handling acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant work, development and investment transactions.
• Commercially aware with excellent client care skills.
• Strong organisation and time management abilities.
