Key Responsibilities

• Managing a varied caseload of private client matters
• Advising clients on wills, estate planning and wealth preservation
• Handling probate and estate administration matters
• Preparing and advising on Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Assisting with trust creation and trust administration
• Advising on inheritance tax and succession planning issues
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Working closely with colleagues to provide a seamless and high-quality client experience
