Employment Associate (2-6 PQE) | Silver Circle Firm | London

A leading Silver Circle law firm is looking to hire a 2-6 PQE Employment Associate to join its highly regarded London Employment team.

The team advises a sophisticated client base that includes listed companies, financial institutions, private equity sponsors, investment managers and other major UK and international businesses. The practice sits closely alongside the firm's corporate and private equity teams, resulting in a strong mix of strategic advisory work and transaction support.

The Role

You will advise on a broad range of employment matters, including:

• Day-to-day employment and HR advisory work
• Employment Tribunal litigation
• Disciplinary, grievance and investigation matters
• Discrimination, whistleblowing and complex workplace disputes
• Senior executive appointments and exits
• Restrictive covenant and team move issues
• Redundancy and restructuring projects
• TUPE and workforce reorganisation matters
• Employment aspects of M&A, private equity and other corporate transactions
• Cross-border employment issues for multinational clients

The team is known for handling high-value, strategically important matters and working closely with senior stakeholders across its client base.

About You

• UK qualified solicitor with 2-6 years' PQE
• Strong employment law experience gained at a recognised private practice firm
• Experience across both contentious and non-contentious employment matters
• Exposure to corporate support work would be advantageous
• Strong technical skills and commercial judgement
• Excellent drafting and client-facing abilities
