Commercial Property Associate | 4+ PQE | Central London

A well-established London law firm is looking to add a Commercial Property Associate (4+ PQE) to its growing real estate team.

The practice advises a strong mix of high-net-worth individuals, property investors, developers, retail and hospitality businesses, and corporate occupiers on a broad range of commercial property matters. The successful candidate will gain exposure to high-value transactions, significant client contact, and the opportunity to work closely with experienced partners whilst continuing to develop their own client relationships.

Key areas of work include:

• Commercial acquisitions and disposals
• Landlord and tenant matters
• Asset management
• Property finance transactions
• Property support work on corporate transactions and restructurings

The ideal candidate will have:

• 4+ years' PQE in commercial property
• Experience gained at a reputable City, West End or leading regional firm
• A solid grounding across acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant work, and general real estate matters
• Strong technical ability and confidence managing matters with an appropriate degree of autonomy
• Excellent client-facing and relationship management skills
• An interest in business development and contributing to the continued growth of a successful team
• Strong billing record
• At least a 2:1 from a Russell Group University
• At least a merit/ distinction on the LPC (and GDL if applicable) (not a pass)
