Key Responsibilities

• Managing a varied caseload of private client matters
• Advising on wills, estate planning and wealth preservation
• Handling probate and estate administration matters
• Preparing and advising on Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Assisting clients with trust creation and administration
• Advising on inheritance tax and succession planning
• Maintaining strong client relationships and providing exceptional levels of service
• Working collaboratively with colleagues across the wider business

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

• Qualified Solicitor
• Experience within private client law
• Strong technical knowledge across a range of private client matters
