The successful candidate will work with a diverse client base, advising on a broad range of private client matters including:

• Wills and estate planning
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Probate and estate administration
• Trusts and trust administration
• Inheritance tax and succession planning
• Court of Protection matters

The firm is looking for an individual who can demonstrate:

• Qualification as a Solicitor, Legal Executive or equivalent, from Newly Qualified level upwards
• Solid technical knowledge of private client work
