The Role
You will manage a varied caseload, including:
- Wills and estate planning
- Probate and estate administration
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Trust creation and administration
- Inheritance Tax planning
- Court of Protection matters
- Succession and wealth preservation planning
You will work closely with individuals, families, executors, trustees, and professional contacts, providing practical and tailored advice to help clients plan for the future.
About You
- Qualified Solicitor with Private Client experience
- Strong technical knowledge across wills, probate and estate planning matters
- Experience handling matters independently
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Commercially aware with a proactive approach to relationship building
- STEP qualification desirable but not essential
