The Opportunity

An award-winning and highly respected regional law firm is seeking a driven and client-focused Private Client Solicitor to join its expanding Private Client team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Newly Qualified Solicitor through to 3 years' PQE looking to develop their career within a supportive and collaborative environment. The successful candidate will manage their own caseload while benefiting from close support from experienced practitioners and exposure to a high-quality client base.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a varied caseload of private client matters.
• Advising clients on:
  • Wills and estate planning
  • Probate and estate administration
  • Lasting Powers of Attorney
  • Trusts
  • Inheritance Tax planning
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Delivering exceptional levels of client care and service.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues across other practice areas.
• Identifying opportunities for cross-referral and business development.
• Supporting the team's commercial objectives and growth plans.

About you

• Qualified Solicitor with NQ to 3 years' PQE.
• Experience gained within a Private Client department during training or post-qualification.
• Ability to manage files independently while knowing when to seek support.
• Commercially aware with a proactive approach to client service.
• Experience dealing with high-net-worth individuals and complex estates.
