The Role

You will work alongside experienced specialists, assisting with a varied caseload of Court of Protection matters, including:

• Property and Affairs Deputyships
• Deputyship applications
• High-value and complex Deputyship matters
• Mental Capacity Act issues
• Property and financial affairs management
• Welfare-related Court of Protection matters
• Liaising with families, care providers and professional advisers
• Supporting vulnerable clients and acting in their best interests

The role offers regular client contact and exposure to high-quality, rewarding work from the outset.

About You

• NQ-2 years' PQE as a Solicitor or Legal Executive
• Previous experience in Court of Protection work
• Compassionate and client-focused approach
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong organisational and case management abilities
• Ambitious and eager to develop a long-term career in this specialist area
