Family Solicitor - Domestic Abuse - London
An award-winning, specialist family law practice in London is seeking a Solicitor (3-4 years PQE) to join its Family Law team. The role
You will manage your own caseload of domestic abuse and family law matters, with a particular focus on:
- Urgent protective injunctions (non-molestation and occupation orders)
- Public and private children law applications, including emergency measures
- Legal aid funded matters, with strong understanding of funding applications and billing
- Advocacy at directions, interim and final hearings
The successful candidate will:
- Be a qualified Solicitor with 3-4 years PQE in family law
- Have proven experience in domestic abuse and protective injunction work
- Possess solid knowledge of legal aid processes and billing requirements
- Demonstrate strong advocacy and client care skills
- Be motivated, empathetic, and committed to supporting vulnerable individuals
