An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, FCILEX, or Licensed Conveyancer with 3-5 years' PQE to join a highly regarded, fast-growing Residential Property team within a well-established regional law firm.

The Role

You will manage your own varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, handling a broad range of quality property transactions. Alongside fee earning responsibilities, you will also play an active role in supporting the wider team and contributing to the continued growth of the department.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload independently
• Handling all aspects of sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity
• Providing support and collaboration with other members of the team
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and referrers
• Playing an active role in business development and networking activities
• Contributing to raising the profile of the Residential Property team locally

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• 3-5 years' PQE as a Solicitor, FCILEX, or Licensed Conveyancer
• Strong experience managing a varied residential property caseload
• Solid technical knowledge of all aspects of residential conveyancing
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• A proactive and motivated approach to business development
• The ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• A strong team-focused attitude and willingness to support colleagues
