Residential Senior Associate

The Role
You will handle a full residential conveyancing caseload, working with a steady flow of existing work while also developing your own client base. The team environment is collaborative, with a strong emphasis on quality service and long-term client relationships.
Your day-to-day will include:

• Managing a caseload of residential property matters including sales, purchases, transfers and remortgages
• Building and maintaining your own referral network with agents, brokers and repeat clients
• Overseeing transactions from instruction through to completion with a focus on client care
• Supporting team collaboration and contributing to overall department performance

We're Looking For:

• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with strong residential property experience
• Proven ability to manage your own conveyancing caseload independently
• An existing network or ability to generate referrals and new business
• Strong communication and client relationship skills
• Organised and able to manage competing priorities effectively
