A long-established and highly regarded law firm is seeking a Conveyancing Lawyer to join its residential property team.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive and collaborative environment with an active caseload ready to take over, strong administrative support, and genuine long-term progression opportunities.

The Role

You will manage an existing residential conveyancing caseload, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• General residential conveyancing matters
• Client care and transaction management from instruction through to completion

The firm prides itself on delivering excellent client service with a personal approach, so strong communication skills and a client-focused mindset are essential.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, CILEX or Chartered Legal Executive
• Minimum 1 year PQE in residential conveyancing
• Confident managing a conveyancing caseload independently
• Team-focused with a collaborative approach
• Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
