An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a highly regarded and forward-thinking law firm recognised by both the The Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners for its outstanding Family Law practice.

The team is looking to appoint a talented Family Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer with 2-5 years' PQE to support the continued growth of its thriving private family department. This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside highly respected practitioners on a broad range of high-quality matters, while developing your own profile within a collaborative and supportive environment.

The Role

You will manage your own varied caseload of private family matters while also supporting senior colleagues on complex and high-net-worth cases. The role offers excellent exposure to high-quality work, strong progression opportunities, and the chance to play an active role in the continued success of the team.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing divorce, financial remedy, and children matters from instruction through to conclusion
• Advising clients on pre-nuptial, post-nuptial, and cohabitation agreements
• Supporting on complex and high-value family law matters
• Supervising and mentoring junior team members where appropriate
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Contributing to networking and business development initiatives

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• 2-5 years' PQE as a Family Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer within private family law
• Experience independently managing a varied family caseload
• Membership of Resolution or a strong interest in Non-Court Dispute Resolution (NCDR) approaches
• Excellent communication, organisational, and client care skills
• The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Confidence supervising or supporting junior colleagues
