Residential Property Solicitor (2 PQE)

Location: Oxford

A well-established and highly regarded regional law firm with a strong presence across Oxfordshire and the wider Thames Valley is seeking a Residential Property Solicitor (circa 2 years' PQE) to join its busy Oxford office.

The Role

You will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Remortgages and transfers of equity
• New build transactions
• Shared ownership matters
• General residential conveyancing work

You will take responsibility for your own files, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for clients, lenders, and other stakeholders throughout.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor with approximately 2 years' PQE in residential conveyancing
• Confident managing your own caseload with appropriate supervision
• Strong technical knowledge of residential property matters
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Organised, proactive, and detail-focused
