The Role

You will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and other related property matters. You will take full responsibility for your files, ensuring a smooth and efficient service for clients throughout.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or experienced Conveyancer
• Strong background in residential property law
• Confident managing your own caseload independently
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Organised, proactive, and detail-focused
