A well established and highly regarded regional law firm is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join its expanding Private Client team in Sevenoaks, Kent.

With a long history and strong reputation across the South East, the firm advises clients on a full range of private client matters, including wills, probate, lasting powers of attorney and estate administration.

The Role: Private Client Solicitor

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing and collaborative department, working alongside an experienced team handling a broad spectrum of private client work.

The role is open to candidates at different levels, with opportunities to take on additional responsibility, including team leadership or departmental input, depending on experience.

You will play a key role in supporting the growth of the team while delivering high quality advice to an established and loyal client base.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a varied caseload of private client matters, including:
  • Wills and estate planning
  • Probate and estate administration
  • Lasting powers of attorney and Court of Protection work
• Advising clients on personal and family succession planning
• Delivering clear, practical and client focused legal advice
• Building and maintaining long term client relationships
• Working closely with colleagues to support the continued growth of the department
• Contributing to business development and client engagement

Candidate Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with experience across private client work
• Strong technical knowledge of wills, probate and estate administration
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• A collaborative and team focused approach
• Ability to manage a varied caseload with minimal supervision
• Interest in progressing within a growing and ambitious team
