The Role: Residential Conveyancing Solicitor

You will manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, working within a supportive and collaborative team environment.

The role offers strong levels of autonomy, client contact and the opportunity to further develop your expertise within a well-structured and reputable practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including:
  • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • Re-mortgages and refinancing
  • Transfers of equity
  • New build transactions
• Providing clear, practical legal advice to clients throughout the transaction process
• Handling files from instruction through to completion with a high level of accuracy
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other third parties
• Ensuring transactions progress efficiently to meet deadlines
• Supporting the continued growth of the residential property team

Candidate Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive with 5+ years' experience in residential conveyancing
• Proven ability to manage a busy and varied caseload independently
• Strong technical knowledge across all aspects of residential property transactions
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• A proactive and team-focused approach
