Senior Associate - Private Client

An established and growing law firm is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join its highly regarded team in Richmond.

This opportunity would suit a lawyer who enjoys building long-term relationships with clients, advising on complex private client matters, and taking an active role in supporting and developing junior members of the team.

The Role

You will manage a broad caseload of private client matters, including:

• Wills and estate planning
• Probate and estate administration
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Trust creation and administration
• Tax and succession planning
• Wealth preservation and asset protection

Alongside your own caseload, you will play an important role in supervising and mentoring junior lawyers and support staff, helping to develop their technical knowledge and ensuring the continued delivery of excellent client service across the department.

You will also have the opportunity to contribute to business development initiatives, strengthen relationships with professional contacts, and support the continued growth of the team.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive
• Significant experience handling a wide range of Private Client matters
• Strong technical knowledge across wills, probate, trusts and tax planning
• Experience supervising, mentoring or training junior team members
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
• Commercially aware with an interest in business development
• Collaborative, approachable and team-focused
