The Role

You will be responsible for managing a varied residential conveyancing caseload, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Remortgages
• Transfers of equity
• New build transactions
• Shared ownership matters
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and fellow solicitors throughout the transaction process

This role would suit someone who enjoys building strong client relationships and delivering a high standard of service from instruction through to completion.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive
• Experience handling a residential conveyancing caseload independently
• Strong communication and client care skills
• Commercially minded with a proactive approach to client relationships and business development
