The Role

You will manage a varied and rewarding caseload, including:

• Wills and estate planning
• Probate and estate administration
• Trust creation and administration
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Inheritance Tax planning
• Wealth preservation and succession planning

You will provide practical, tailored advice to clients while building long-term relationships and maintaining the highest standards of client service.

The role will also involve supporting business development initiatives and helping to further strengthen the firm's private client offering across the local area.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor with 3-5 years' PQE specialising in Wills, Trusts and Probate.
• Strong technical knowledge of private client matters, including wills, trusts, estate administration and Inheritance Tax planning.
• Able to manage a busy caseload independently whilst delivering exceptional client care and building strong client relationships.
