The Role

You will be responsible for managing a varied caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to post-completion, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Transfers of equity
• Remortgages
• New build transactions
• Shared ownership matters
• Equity release transactions
• Complex and high-value residential property matters

Working closely with colleagues across the department, you will provide clear and practical advice to clients while maintaining the firm's exceptionally high standards of service and client care.

You will also have the opportunity to contribute to business development initiatives, strengthen relationships and support the ongoing growth of the conveyancing team.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years' PQE and a strong track record within Residential Conveyancing.
• Comfortable managing a busy and varied caseload independently whilst delivering exceptional client service and maintaining strong professional relationships.
• Commercially aware, proactive and motivated to play an active role in the continued success and development of a highly regarded property team.
